Arrivals
In the event of a late arrival,
your appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate
the amount of time available. We recommend arriving 15
minutes before your service.
Cancellations
When an appointment is booked, we have
reserved a room especially for you. For this reason, we
require 24 hours notice for cancellation of confirmed
spa packages or bookings of 3 or more services, in order
to avoid a service charge.
